REGISTER YOUR TICKET BEFORE ARRIVAL:

STEP 1: Download the “Smartvisit” App (the “App”) on your mobile device from the Apple or Android Play Store.
STEP 2: After registering, you will be able to activate and retrieve your individual digital pass(es) utilizing the 28-digit human readable code above.
STEP 3: With the App you can view details of all participating attractions including location, maps, opening times and helpful tips. Make reservations directly from the App for any attractions that require it.

• You must download the App. The App is free, but data and other charges may apply; check with your wireless provider’s rate plan for details. Once you have downloaded the App to your mobile device from the Apple Store or Android Play Store and registered, you will be able to activate and retrieve your individual digital pass using the Pass Number listed above. With the App you can view details of all participating offers, including location, maps, opening times and helpful tips, and access customer service. Additionally, you can make reservations for any attractions that require it and see a history of all your attraction visits. Separate terms and conditions apply. • Your Hollywood Plus Pass is valid until April 30, 2024, subject to restrictions.
• The Non-Peak Hollywood Plus Pass is valid for General Admission to Universal Studios Hollywood on any non-peak date.
  Non-Peak dates are:
• 2024: Jan 8 – Mar 15; Apr 8 – Apr 30
• Select attractions have specific blackout dates, which can be viewed in the App or at http://ushtix.com/pluspass.
• Choose the 3 attractions you would like to visit. All visits must be completed within 7-days from (and inclusive of) the earlier of (i) the day you visit your first attraction or (ii) the date of your first reservation.
• Select attractions marked with (*) require advance reservations which can be made in the App.

• The Hollywood Plus Pass is non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• The Hollywood Plus Pass may not be altered, copied, transferred or resold. The Hollywood Plus Pass is only valid for the person named on it.
• The Hollywood Plus Pass cannot be combined with other offers, separately ticketed events, discounts, Halloween Horror Nights or sightseeing tours.
• Please note the CDC advises that older adults and people of any age who have serious underlying medical conditions might be at higher risk for severe illness from COVID-19.
